Thanks to Jason Lee of FLIR Creative for giving us this awesome how-to for beer can chicken. Looks like it's fun to make AND super tasty. Pick up one of our FRESH whole chickens this week and give it a try.

I think it might actually be summer now and I'm loving it. My menu this week is super simple and has a lot of grilled meals and things that can be made ahead and served at room temperature.

WEDNESDAY Pesto Pasta Kit [again - can't get enough of it!]
